Business to Business customers

If you are an European company with a valid UID/VAT number you can verify your VAT exemption in our cart section.
After the VIES VAT number validation you will be able to checkout as a B2B customer who qualifies for an intra European Union VAT free delivery.

Your Shipping address must match the country of your VAT/UID registration number.

This exemption does not apply to businesses registered in Austria, or sales with an Austrian delivery address in general.

If you experience any problem with the verification, you can send us an email with your company details and your UID/VAT number and we will link the VAT examption to your checkout email address.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. Shipping cost will be calculated at checkout. If you want to have an individual shipping offer or an alternative shipping provider please contact us shop@auro.group.
